Chicken breasts and chopped green peppers
add some BBQ sauce
cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked.
I shredded the chicken using two forks, and stirred it all together really well. We had it over rice with a green salad on the side. Quite tasty...and the house smelled amazing while it was cooking. Not exactly the healthiest of recipes, what with all that BBQ sauce, but it makes for a nice occasional dish. :-)
