Yesterday afternoon I gave my 3 year old the camera for a little while at her request and let her be artistic. She's been taking pictures with her daddy's iPhone for a while now, but this was only her second time with our camera. I was impressed. It's always interesting to see things from a different height perspective, too...
She's picked up on her mama's attempts at artistic photography, as well as photo journaling processes such as cooking/baking. And, nothing will make you get off the computer faster than seeing what your child sees. I try to be very conscious of this, but reminders are always helpful.
